5. AI-Generated Insights

Project Pearl provides AI-generated analyses (such as tone analysis, demographic estimates, willingness to pay, and key quotes).

These outputs are probabilistic and informational in nature and should not be interpreted as definitive assessments.

Vambrace AI disclaims any liability arising from actions taken based on AI-generated content.

6. Service Availability and Modifications

• We strive to provide reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the platform with or without notice.

7. Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or security breach.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent or unlawful activity, or for any reason at our sole discretion.

• Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid (if any) in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vambrace AI, its affiliates, and service providers from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
